These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Movaro AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions

Movaro AI offers Starter, Professional, and Executive subscription plans, each with different limits on monthly automated applications and supported job platforms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Razorpay. Your plan determines the features and usage limits available to your account; limits are enforced on our servers, not just shown in the interface.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Movaro AI to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on job applications.
• Attempt to access another user's account, profile, résumé, or application data.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or automation safeguards.
• Use the service to scrape, resell, or redistribute job listing data at scale.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the automation worker, ingestion pipeline, or any other part of the service.

AI-Generated Content

Movaro AI may use AI models to analyze your résumé, suggest improvements, generate cover letters, or score job matches. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your convenience and review — you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated or AI-assisted content (résumé edits, cover letters, autofilled application fields) before it is submitted to an employer, and for the accuracy of any information ultimately submitted under your name.

Automation Disclaimer

Movaro AI's automated application feature fills out and submits job applications on third-party applicant tracking systems on your behalf, using the profile and résumé data you provide. We do not control these third-party systems and cannot guarantee that any application will be successfully submitted, reviewed, or result in an interview or offer. Some applications may require manual completion (for example, where a CAPTCHA or similar human-verification step blocks automated submission) — in these cases, Movaro will record the application's status as requiring manual action rather than falsely reporting it as submitted.

Limitation of Liability

Movaro AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movaro AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, application errors on third-party platforms, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to your plan's features until then. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter plan rather than being deleted — your profile, résumés, and application history remain accessible.

Refund Policy

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Movaro AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
